Our son and his fiancée had chosen beautiful Crested Butte as their wedding venue for a December wedding. As we are from Virginia, and were planning the Welcome/Rehearsal Dinner to be in Crested Butte (having never been there!), we were a bit anxious about working with vendors we did not know. Danielle maintained excellent communication with us throughout the process, patiently working with us as we explored various options. We used the Groom’s cake - a beautiful and delicious chocolate cake with salted caramel butter cream icing and salted caramel sauce - during the Welcome dinner for dessert, along with yummy raspberry and lemon macarons. When we announced that guests would be able to sample more of Danielle’s creations at the wedding reception, everyone cheered! We enjoyed her delectable, rich and gorgeous offerings throughout our time in Colorado. Everything was delivered right on time, and far exceeded our expectations. She was a professional in every sense of the word. She has rightfully earned her stellar reputation, and I wish we could move her to Virginia. Danielle has been there for some of the biggest highlights of our lives these past few years. For our wedding, she delighted our guests with 5 different cakes to choose from - our friends and family were raving over how delicious they were - some even tried a little of each! During my baby shower, Aspen locals were asking me for the name and phone number of the person who made the cake because it was so adorable and amazing to taste. When it was time for our son's first birthday... of course Danielle was the one to contact for desserts! The wedding cake and cupcakes were to DIE for! Our entire party went absolutely NUTS over your cakes. I kid you not -- it was like this "cupcake frenzy" for a while when it was time for cake. They were absolutely WONDERFUL!
